Leadership Course

Mathu Thomason serves as an Associate Pastor at New Life Community Church in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

He and his wife Aimee oversee the Children’s Ministry at New Life. They are also the directors of the New Life School of Ministry, leading and pastoring the interns that are currently serving.

Mat was born in a town of 500 people and has been blessed to see God use him throughout the world to pastor leaders and missionaries. He studied to become a teacher, not knowing that God’s plan was to release him to teach the power of the Gospel to young adults in varying cultural contexts. God has given him a heart for the nations and a heart for those who spend their lives expanding His kingdom. Whether in a classroom, from a pulpit, or one-on-one, he has a passion to usher people out of where they are and into the full purposes of God.

Mat and Aimee are committed to activating individuals, releasing them to do the ministry that Jesus did. They adamantly rebuke lies that have been nurtured and illuminate the truth through the Word of God.  Both of them believe that this generation will change the world by simply believing what God says and doing what He asks.

Mathu and Aimee are the proud parents of Kindle Aevry and will welcome a second child in August.
